We wish to inform you that the Italian legislative decree no. 196 of 30th June 2003 ("Code regarding the protection of personal details") envisages the protection of people and other subjects concerning the handling of personal details. According to the legislation indicated, this treatment shall be carried out under the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of your privacy and rights. In compliance with article 13 of the leg. decree no.196/2003, therefore, we supply the following information:

1. PURPOSE OF THE HANDLING
The treatment that we intend to carry out with the details supplied by you has the following purpose:

a) performance of the service you requested

b) administrative-accounting purposes required by law

c) sending of commercial information or sending of advertising material both upon request and for promotional initiatives

2. METHOD OF HANDLING
The treatment will take place by manual, computerised and data transmission means, with logic closely correlated with the aims for which the data was collected and, in any case, in such way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the same data in compliance with art. 11 comma 1 of the leg. decree no. 196 of 30th June 2003.

3. OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA CONFERRAL AND THE CONSEQUENCES OF POSSIBLE REFUSAL TO REPLY
Conferral of data is optional; any refusal to supply such data for the purposes as per letters a) and b) of point 1 of this informative note may lead to total or partial failure to perform the service, unlike letter c) where conferral of data is optional and lack of consent does not have any consequence whatsoever.

4. FIELD OF COMMUNICATION AND CIRCULATION
Excluding communication and circulation carried out in performance of the legal and contractual obligations, the data supplied shall be used solely for the requirements of the law and may only be communicated, for the sole purposes of the protection of credit and better management of respective rights relative to the individual commercial relations, in particular to:

- Credit recovery and credit insurance companies;

- Consultants and service companies;

- Professionals for accounting and tax purposes;
